PURCHASE CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through LoverBoyz, including pre-order items.
GENERAL PURCHASES
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered processing, production, or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are produced specifically for our customers and limited releases.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment.
- Estimated shipping times are approximately 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated.
- Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after production has begun.
- Pre-order purchases are considered final sale.
- LoverBoyz reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for pre-order items.
If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Approved returns, exchanges, and store credit are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests do not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
