RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LoverBoyz, all sales are considered final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved requests may be eligible for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange (if inventory is available)
  • Replacement item

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback once production has begun.

LoverBoyz reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or store credit requests that do not meet these requirements.
