Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as PRE-ORDER are currently in production and are not ready to ship immediately.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for pre-order items to be shipped. Production may be completed sooner, and orders may ship earlier than expected.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. LoverBoyz is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LoverBoyz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
